Spinach Mushroom sauté. 


Nutrition facts:

1 cup cooked spinach- 14 calories,


Health benefits:


one cup cooked spinach contains half a day's worth of vitamin A, 5% of daily  iron needs, vitamin K, vitamin C and other B vitamins, such as B6, riboflavin, and folate.


Ingredients:

Roughly chopped Spinach🍃🌿🌱-4cup ,

Mushroom -300g,

Butter- 1/2 tbs ,

Minced Garlic- 4 pods,

Finely chopped Green chili-2, 

Balsamic Vinegar (optional)-1 tsp,

Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp,

Salt.


Preparation: 


Melt the butter sauté sliced mushrooms for 4 mins then add minced garlic , green chili,salt,  balsamic vinegar (optional) let it cook for a minute then add Roughly chopped Spinach.  cook till water evaporates. 

Sprinkle pepper powder. 

Serve hot .
