The Power of Atma(Soul)

Image
SPARK VASI YOGA ALCHEMY 🔱 🧘‍♀️    The power of our life atom (SOUL) should be DIRECTED in the SPIRITUAL PATH In the present state of the world, on account of the people with intelligence who live in it, not knowing the real power that lie within them, not making use of that power - a change is going to take place not only in this earth but also in all the planets connected with it, in a very short time. Experiencing Shiva within yourself

Image
SPARK VASI YOGA ALCHEMY 🔱 🧘‍♀️    Live in Love (Anbe Shivam) Concentrate on your Soul Consciousness, and there is Purposefulness, Love, Peace, Intelligence, and Self Knowledge within it. Whatever the difficulties, you are sure to attain the aim you have placed before you. That is the power of your Soul Consciousness. We must learn that there is something more accurate, powerful, and loving in us that we must live and feel it. You must regard the rest as not yourself. The pain, depressions, and disappointments are only a flux of changing movements that are sure to go as the Soul Power Emerges.  Love is Shiva and the real remedy. To feel Shiva in your Soul is the first step you have to get connected with, and it must descend into you and fill the mind, body, life, and surround you so that you live in it. Peace and Love is the sign of Divine presence in you. Sadhana alone will lead you to this. Sivaayanama.

It is concerned with the expulsion of waste from the body and is the force which expels the breath. Samana  is located between the heart and the navel. It activates and controls the digestive system: the liver, intestines, pancreas and stomach, and their secretions. Samana is responsible for transformation. On a ph...
